SaBRE stands for Supporting Britains Reservists and Employers.  It is a campaign which is designed to inform employers about the vast benefits of employing member of the Volunteer Reserve Forces. 
 

SaBRE's role

  • To heighten awareness of the VRF among employers, encouraging their support.
  • To provide support to employers and Reservists, including details about their commitments.
  • To explain how the transferable skills Reservists acquire through training benefit their workplace.
  • To convey the views of employers and Reservists to government ministers and the Ministry of Defence (MOD).
  • To take a neutral position - although sponsored by the MOD - working with military and civilian communities.
