Many TA members find that the training they do can
take away they stress that they gain from their job in every day life. Being a part of the TA can be quite demanding
but many people also use it as an escape route from all the pressures that they may encounter in their jobs. Giving
people many tasks to conscentrate on means that they totally forget about anything going on in their workplace.
People who are also TA employees are usually widely
regarded as being more committed, dependable, confident, reliable and more responsible in the workplace which means that any
